Warranty Policy

The benefits covered by this Voluntary Product Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies that are available to you under law, which cannot be excluded. The Processes for this Voluntary Warranty in no way limit your rights which arise as a result of your Statutory Rights.

This Voluntary Product Warranty is given by:

The warranty is valid only for goods that are purchased new and does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, abuse and mishandling. Warranty claims must be submitted at the purchase’s expense by returning the goods to the place of purchase. This Warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under the laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to return your goods for a replacement if the item is deemed to have a major failure.  We will assess your item and replace your item if we have sufficient stock to change over the item for you.   Some items may require parts or repair in order for goods to be returned to you in acceptable quality. 

If we deem that we cannot replace or repair an item which has a major failure, you will be offered a credit note or refund.

Sacred Space provides a 12-month warranty on the following products;

  • 12 months from date of purchase on all water features. 
  • 12 months from date of purchase on all aroma diffusers.
  • 12 months from date of purchase on all salt lamps, excluding globes.
  • 12 months from date of purchase on all selenite lamps, excluding globes. 
  • 12 months from date of purchase on all usb lamps. 
  • 12 months from date of purchase on the Divinity Jewellery products. 

Sacred Space reserves the right to assess the item if damaged, scratched and not intact of the original settings, opened, cracked, scuffed and includes the condition of all or any packaging in the original state purchased.  We can repair a piece of jewellery if the stone loses in its setting or pops out (only if you still have the stone & return it with the item for re-setting).  If you have lost or broken the stone unfortunately we will not be able to repair the goods and we will not be able to provide you with a refund, credit note, replacement or exchange.  This kind of damage should be covered by your accidental damage home insurance policy.  We cannot accept liability for items that may be impacted, damaged and lost as a result of wear and tear.
