Refund Policy

Sacred Space is committed to providing quality to our customers, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (of single or multiple items) you can return & get a refund for them either by post or in person to Sacred Space, Shop 10, 74-78 The Corso, Manly, Sydney, NSW, 2095 Australia, within 30 days if purchase. 

Please note the following;

  • We will only refund you if the goods are defective and we cannot provide you with a replacement item or a suitable exchange.  
  • For defective items we reserve the right to offer you an exchange for the same product. 
  • If we cannot supply an item to you that you have purchased on-line, for any reason, we will refund you.  
  • These is no refund for incorrect choice, only exchange available.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges available on Earrings due to Australian hygiene and safety laws.
  • We do not provide refunds for goods damaged by Australia Post or any other delivery service after dispatch.  You will need to review your insurance options for expensive items in our delivery information section and then apply the specific type of mail out to your shopping cart request. 

If you are mailing your items, you must first initiate a claim by emailing us with your full name, address, contact number, transaction number, description of your goods and reason for requesting a return, as well as information on what goods you wish to exchange your items for.  In addition, please include photos to help explain your issue, the type of return mail you have chosen & how you would like your new goods dispatched to contact@sacredspace.global within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

When returning items for a refund or exchange, Sacred Space is not liable for and will not cover your postage costs. It is recommended that you track return of your goods and cover the items with insurance.  We do not accept liability for goods returned by you and not received by Sacred Space for refund or exchange.  We do not accept liability for goods returned by you and damaged in transit  by Australia Post or your chosen delivery method to Sacred Space for refund or exchange.   

At Sacred Space we pride ourselves on providing quality products.  Return of goods is highly unlikely when choosing to purchase from us. If you have a major defect with your items and are unable to repair or replace your items then we will refund your full transaction.  We will not pay for your return postage. 

When exchanging goods and mailing a replacement item out to you, you will be subject to further charges for your choice of mail options.  Please see the delivery info page to decide which options you will be requesting.  In addition, you may be subject to additional charges if you choose goods which are of a higher value than the items initially purchased. 

Sacred Space reserves the right to reject a refund request if the purchase is in what we deem a damaged condition (that has happened after dispatch).  This includes and is not limited to, worn, damage, scratched and not intact of the original settings, cracked, scuffed and does not include the original packaging in the original state purchased. Sacred Space withhold the right to treat each exchange request on a case by case basis.

Please wait before returning items to us by mail, as we will need to review your email message and discuss your issue with you prior to you sending your goods back to us.  

Please keep an appropriate proof of return whether you return products via an Australian Post Office or any delivery service.  This should be a receipt from the Australian Post Office, International Postal Service or any Delivery Service.

The Quantum Leap Transformation Programme™

There is no exchange policy or refund available for fees payable in relation to The Quantum Leap Transformation Programme™ connected to https://www.louisewinchester.com/ website, all fees are payable for the programme are outlined specific to the Client within the (digital) decree contract.  Once both parties have signed the agreement, it is binding.

Louise Winchester as the Mentor is committed to providing all clients in the Programme with a positive Programme experience.  By signing The Quantum Leap Transformation Programme™ Decree, you as the client agree that the mentor may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend or terminate client participation the Programme without a refund or forgiveness of payments if the client becomes disruptive or in violation of the terms.

If the Client decides to withdraw from the programme, no refunds will be issued and any outstanding balance owing on the programme fee is due within 7 days of exit.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of either Party, including without limitation acts of God, war curtailment or interruption of transformation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, State Department travel advisory, labour strike or civil disturbance, make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible, either because of unreasonable increased costs or risk of injury, for either Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement, the affected Party's performance shall be extended without liability for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute is not resolved first by good-faith negotiation between the Parties to this Agreement, every controversy or dispute to this Agreement will be submitted to the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). The arbitration shall occur within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand and shall take place in New South Wales, Australia.  The Parties shall cooperate in exchanging and expediting discovery as part of the arbitration process and shall cooperate with each other to ensure that the arbitration process is completed within the ninety (90) day period.

The written decision of the arbitrators (which will provide for the payment of costs, including solicitor’s fees) will be absolutely binding and conclusive and not subject to judicial review and may be entered and enforced I any court or proper jurisdiction, either as a judgement of law or decree in equity, as circumstances may indicate.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia, regardless of the conflict of laws principles thereof.
