How do I exchange my goods?   

We exchange goods within 30 days of purchase.  You will need to choose goods that are to the same value or choose something which is of greater cost than the original purchase & pay the additional amount.   Earrings are excluded from this policy.   For more information on our exchange policy please click on the link above 'How do I exchange my goods?'


How do I get a refund? 

We can only provide you with a refund you when the product is defective and returned to us within 30 days of purchase.


How long is the warranty period?   

We provide a 12-month warranty on all of our products purchased online or in store.


What is the Company Policy on receiving damaged stock in the mail? 

All of our goods are carefully packaged for mail delivery and you should not receive damaged goods unless they are damaged during postage to you.  To date we have had no damaged goods sent out or reported as damaged though mail delivery.

When considering your options regarding postage some of the options available to you within Australia are: Standard with Extra Cover; or, Express with Extra Cover.  Either of these delivery options will give you insurance cover for your items should they be damaged in transit. In addition, for overseas delivery you can choose International Express Post with Extra Cover which will give you insurance cover for your items being dispatched overseas.

Can you make something for me?

Items are commissioned to be cut, shaped, faceted and set by a variety of carvers, gemmologists and silversmiths that we have working for us.  Because of our extensive range of products, items often take more than a year to be made and because of this we do not make items based on client designs or requests. 

Can I purchase a design that is out of stock? 

You can make a special request on some items and ask if they're available even though they have been sold.  Simply send us a message from the 'Contact Us'  page providing us with the full title of the product e.g. 'Topaz Lotus Flower Pendant 925 Sterling Silver Blue 4.49 Grams.'

After we have reviewed your email we will check on availability. If we can make the product for you, we will require a 50% deposit on the item to proceed.  Once we are ready to dispatch the item you will be required to complete the remainder of your payment, together with postal fees if it is to be mailed to you, before dispatching the item to your nominated address.


Is it made of Sterling Silver?

All of our Divinity Jewellery and Sacred Objects that are created by us have been manufactured with 925 Sterling Silver. All of our rings are manufactured to be strong and durable and to last for many years to come. 


Is it gold and what type of gold is it?

Our Divinity Jewellery and Sacred Tools range incorporating gold are manufactured with 925 Sterling Silver and then 9 carat gold plate unless stated otherwise. 

Can I Exchange Earrings? 

Our policy on purchasing earrings is in accordance with Australian Health Regulations.  Earrings cannot be put on by anyone in store and are not re-sold by us. To ensure there is no possible transfer of disease between people we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on the sale of earrings and therefore ask our clients to choose carefully. 


Where do the crystals come from?

Our crystals come from a variety of sources around the world.  Some items we know the region where they've come from and some we do not.    When asked we will let you know if we have more information on the source of the crystal, mineral or gemstone.  


How do I clear Crystals? 

There are a variety of ways to clear crystals.  We recommend that you burn sage or use a sage spray then mentally project light at a crystal and ask that all previous programming and energy be released and sent to the light.  After that you can program a crystal with your intention e.g. asking it to do something specific for you. 

 

Readings & Healings


When can I get a reading in person? 

There are two ways you can get a reading with Sacred Space's staff. You can either walk in and take the next available booking (the readers are here every day from 11 am to 6:30 pm) or you can pay a 40% boking deposit for a scheduled time with a specific reader.   If you need to change your booking, we do require 24 hrs notice.  We will provide you with a receipt and time for your re-booking and may change it over to another reader if the original reader you booked with is not available on the re-booked day. 


When can I get a remote/distance reading? 

In order to get a reading at a scheduled time you will need to call the store (Within Australia 02 9977 4535 / Overseas +61 2 9977 4535) to make an appointment and pay for the booking in advance in full.  You will be emailed your receipt with the time of your booking.  You will need to call in by phone at the precise designated time to get the full benefit of your booking.  We prefer to work by phone rather than skype to ensure that you have no break in your communications call with your reader.  Please purchase a local international phone card if you need to call us from overseas.  All our readers are experienced and the very best in their field and working with them can be of great benefit in dealing with and understanding matters important in your life.

 

When can I get a distance reading? 

There are two ways you can get a healing with Sacred Space's staff. You can either walk in and take the next available booking (the healers are here every day from 11 am to 6:30 pm) or you can pay a 40% boking deposit for a scheduled time with a specific healer.   We require 24 hrs notice to change the time of your booking if you need to change it.  We will provide you with a receipt and time for your re-booking and may change it over to another reader if the original reader is not available on the re-booked day.

 (During this session you are looking to move beyond a block in your life that you have not been able to get through or address any other way!!  We need your specific intention to be about what it is that is the most important for you to clear in your Akashic record reading.  This is the doorway to the specific lifetime issues that have created this block for you.)

Please note that there is a minimum 7 days waiting period between setting up an Akashic Record Reading & and receiving the reading. This is required because all the information is downloaded by the reader in advance of your booking. 

 

What is an Akashic Record Reading?

Each Soul, from the moment of origination, gains a set of Akashic Records.
