Delivery Information 

Sacred Space takes great care in the packaging and dispatch of its products.  W we will try to dispatch your goods on the same day as they are purchased (between 10 - 3 pm Sydney, Australia time).  Out of hours' purchases will be dispatched the next day.  We use Australia Post for all our parcels.  When you reach the shopping cart you will need to choose from one of the following options:

Domestic Australia Post 

Express (1 Day) 

This is the ideal choice for delivering urgent items, within the next business day to metropolitan areas.  

This service covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.

Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by Saturday delivery is only available if your item has been dispatched on a Friday to an address within the same state in the Australia Post Express Post Saturday Delivery network and meets the Express Post Saturday Delivery service conditions.

You will receive a notification email of dispatch from us.  This option includes a tracking number, but does not include insurance for your goods. 


Express (1 Day) with Extra Cover (Sacred Space Recommends This Option)

This is the ideal choice for delivering urgent items, within the next business day to metropolitan areas and if you want insurance cover.

Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Posts' control.

You will receive a notification email of dispatch from us.  This option has a tracking number with it, but does not require signature at the other end for receipt of your goods.  This opion does not include insurance for your goods. 

 

Express Post International With Extra Cover - Air Mail (Sacred Space Recommends This Option)

Express Post International - 2 to 4 business days, between major metro areas. 

Express Post International - 10 + business days, between non metro areas.

Registered Post International (0 Days) -  Air Mail 

Registered Post 10 + business days between major metro areas. 

Express Post International - 10 + business days, between non metro areas.  

Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Posts' control. 

You will receive a notification email of dispatch from us.  This option does not include a tracking number with it, but requires a signature on delivery at the other end for receipt of your goods.  There is only $100 compensation for lost or damaged goods while being carried by Australia Post.
